Order Processing

All orders placed on ecumods.eu are processed during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns Policy

We offer 15 day return on all orders. Box must be sealed with the branded seal (not opened).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any returns.
